Better Christmas Shopping

As I headed out to lunch today, I realised that it’s 16th December and I still hadn’t bought my wife a Christmas present.

I headed to McDonald’s to pick up a combo while I thought about what to buy her. As I’m standing in line, I notice that you can pay an extra $1.50 and get a mini board game with your meal! Perfect!

I chose Trivial Pursuit as I know that my wife and I will share many happy days sitting around the fire playing mini Trivial Pursuit. I can’t wait to see the look on her face.

I was feeling so generous when I left that I gave my Fanta to a homeless guy with a tambourine. To be fair, he earned it. He was ripping out some awesome beats with that tambourine.

You are an inspiration, who thought just a $1.50 could indeed buy you quality time with your wife. I think combining it with a combo lunch and a good deed in the form a of a half drunken fanta, will ensure you recieve a “Special Helping of Christmas Karma”.

I know right? Except I ate the combo myself, even though the homeless guy was hungrily eyeing it while I handed him the drink. It was a deluxe one too. That makes me evil now right?
